New posts once a day
The daily run looks at your 25 most recent posts and adds the ones published after you switched the option on. You click nothing.
Automatic Instagram import
Automatic import checks your profile once a day and adds newly published posts to your creea.art portfolio. You pick a category, the photos land in your gallery with their Instagram caption, and the files stay on our server — even after you delete the post. You publish in one place and show up in two.
No payment card needed. You connect Instagram from your panel after signing in.
The daily run looks at your 25 most recent posts and adds the ones published after you switched the option on. You click nothing.
Older photos are picked by hand in the panel, each with its own category. The automatic run never reaches back before the day you enabled it.
Your Instagram caption is copied into the photo description (up to 1000 characters). You can edit it in your portfolio afterwards.
We copy every image to our own storage. A deleted post or lost access to your Instagram account does not take your portfolio with it.

Turn automatic import on
Pick the category for new posts and enable the option. From then on every new Instagram photo reaches your portfolio within a day.
| Criterion | Instagram alone | Instagram + creea.art |
|---|---|---|
| Reach and audience | Large — this is Instagram's advantage and nothing replaces it | Smaller, but your profile is found by photographers and brands looking for specific people |
| Sending work to an agency | A profile link; the booker scrolls the feed and hunts for shots | A PDF comp card with photos and measurements — one file to send |
| Organising your work | Chronological; shoots, personal shots and stories in one stream | Work categories — beauty, editorial, commercial — filtered separately |
| Durability of the material | A deleted post or lost account access means the photos are gone | Copies of the files on our server, kept even after you disconnect |
| Casting details | Height and measurements have to go in the bio or a message | Profile fields the comp card picks up automatically |
Instagram is not the competitor here. It is still the best place to show work as it happens. The import exists so that the same work does not have to be uploaded a second time.
Yes. Instagram only exposes photos through its API to business and creator accounts. Switching account type is free, takes a moment in Instagram settings, and can be undone.
No. The post stays on Instagram untouched. A copy of the file goes into your portfolio and your Instagram account keeps working exactly as before.
Imported photos stay in your portfolio. Disconnecting only turns off the automatic import and our access to your Instagram.
No. Every imported work stores the id of its Instagram post, so a repeat import is skipped — including when you added the photo manually first.
We check profiles once a day, so within 24 hours at most. In the public feed the works appear gradually, at most 3 per author per day.
No. Sign-in works with an email address or a Google account. Instagram is used only to import photos once you are signed in.
Create a free account, import what you have already published, and switch on automatic import for new posts. Your PDF comp card is generated from the same photos.
